In the summer of 2009, cake artist Lyndsay Scott took her very first cake decorating class--it was love at first sight.  Class after class--and with constant, continuing education--Lyndsay brings you the best, custom creations in the Central Valley.  She is a member of the International Cake Exploration Society, has written articles for their monthly newsletter, competed--and won!--in competitions, and pictures of her cakes have been featured in publications.

Most notably, Lyndsay placed 2nd in an international cookie decorating competition.
